We are pleased to offer these assets for sale pursuant to our exclusive agreement with Parker Hannifin to manage their surplus assets worldwide. ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SALE. IF YOUR OFFER IS ACCEPTED, MACHINE MAY BE PURCHASED BEFORE SALE END DATE NOTED.
Removal shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Purchases can be removed only on presentation of an Official Asset Release form. Upon failure of the Buyer to remove any items or lot within 4 weeks of payment or before the removal date specified, the Seller shall have the option on removing and storing such items or lots at the sole expense and risk of the Buyer or deeming all deposits or partial paymetns as having been forfeited by the Buyer, in which case the Seller may resell (without notice) at public sale or otherwise dispose of such items or lots at the sole risk and expense of the Buyer. The Buyer shall remain liable for fees, expense and damages arising from any default by the Buyer. |
