- It will be the responsibility of all purchasers to remove the equipment they have purchased at a time and in a manner to be agreed with the local plant management . In the cases of large mobile items or fixed items which require the fabric of the building to be altered or broken into,a method statement will need to be agreed with the local management prior to the removal commencing and a permit to work issued .Where the removal does require the fabric of the building to be altered or broken into then the method statement must describe how the fabric of the building at the point of removal of the purchased item and the immediate environs will be left in a safe and secure condition .Approval by local management of the safe and secure nature of any relevant areas of the building associated with the removal of a purchased item should be included as part of the method statement and will be required prior to transporting the removed item from the PFC site. - It is expressly stated that any software and / or other intellectual property embedded in or otherwise associated with any item of Plant and Equipment in the Sale, that is necessary or desirable to operate said Plant and Equipment, is not part of the Sale, and as such it shall be the buyer's responsibility to acquire any necessary licences and / or other intellectual rights from the appropriate owners or lincesors. |
